Report Subjects
Report Unethical Conduct (Cyber Report Center)
- Receiving improper money, entertainment, or favors from stakeholders
- Using position or duties to gain unfair advantage or cause harm to the company
- Interfering with other employees' fair job performance for personal or others' benefit
- Unauthorized disclosure of trade secrets or customer information
- Unfair joint actions by stakeholders such as bid rigging for transactions with the company
- Disadvantageous treatment or identity exposure of legitimate reporters
- Other violations of ethical standards, employment rules, and regulations
- Spreading false information to damage corporate image or defame specific employees
Reporting Methods
- Reports should be made under real name in principle, but anonymous reports are also accepted when unavoidable.
- Anonymous reports will only be investigated when they are specific and verifiable.
- False reports intended to defame or slander others are prohibited.
- Reports can also be submitted through the Cyber Report Center.
Whistleblower Protection
- Strict confidentiality of reporter identity and report content guaranteed
- Disclosure of reporter identity and attempts to identify reporters prohibited (violators will be punished)
- Discrimination and disadvantageous treatment of reporters prohibited (violators will be punished)
