Cases for Reporting
Report Unethical Conduct (Online Reporting Center)
- Unjust acceptance of money, entertainment, or convenience from stakeholders
- Unjust gain of benefits or causing loss to the company by abusing one’s position or duties
- Interference with the fair performance of other employees’ duties for personal or third-party gain
- Unauthorized disclosure of company secrets or customer information
- Unfair collusive actions by stakeholders, such as bid rigging for the purpose of transactions with the company
- Disadvantageous treatment or disclosure of identity of legitimate reporters
- Other violations of the Code of Ethics, employment regulations, or applicable laws
- Dissemination of false information or rumors that damage the company’s reputation or defame specific employees
How to Report
- Reports should be submitted under your real name in principle; however, anonymous reports are accepted when necessary.
- Anonymous reports will be reviewed only if detailed and verifiable.
- False reports made for the purpose of defamation or malicious intent are strictly prohibited.
- Reports can be also be submitted through the Online Reporting Center.
Whistleblower Protection
- Strict confidentiality is maintained regarding the identity of the reporter and the details of the report.
- Disclosure of the reporter’s identity or attempts to identify the reporter are prohibited; violators will be subject to disciplinary action.
- Discrimination or any disadvantageous treatment against the reporter is prohibited; violators will be subject to disciplinary action.
